Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from JM Cakery! We take pride in the quality and freshness of our cakes, cupcakes and other sweets. Please read our policy before placing an order.

No Returns

All products sold through our online shop are freshly made and perishable, so we do not accept returns.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is incomplete

  • There is an issue caused by us (e.g. damage before pickup)

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of pick up

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable)

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect pick up date/time chosen by the customer

  • Products damaged after pick up

    Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick up are non-refundable, as items will have already been prepared

Pick up Only

All online orders are pick up only from our shop. Once an item has been collected, the customer assumes full responsibility for its handling, storage, and transportation.
We cannot compensate for damage that occurs after the item leaves our premises.

Allergens

We are not an allergen-free kitchen. All products may contain traces of:

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Gluten

  • Nuts

  • Soy

  • Other allergens
